Stage 01 — Consultation

The first assessment

Ella came to the clinic feeling her face looked unbalanced with significant asymmetry. During her consultation, Sheridan assessed her facial structure in detail and mapped out a bespoke treatment plan - focused on restoring her balance.

Stage 02 — Treatment day

Immediately after filler

On the day, dermal filler was placed precisely in the cheeks to rebuild structural support. She has also had a peel. Ella's face already looks noticeably lifted, balanced and oval straight after the appointment - with the subtle swelling that's completely normal in the first days.

Everything you need to know before your liquid facelift treatment.

The face is a sensitive area, but we use multiple techniques to minimise discomfort: numbing cream applied before treatment, and most products already contain a local anaesthetic. Sheridan also uses precision placement techniques that significantly reduce any sensation of pain.
Our philosophy is minimal product, maximum result. Most patients achieve their ideal lift with a surprisingly small amount — placed strategically across the mid-face, jawline and chin rather than large volumes in one area. This is by design: less product, placed structurally, creates a far more natural result.
Some swelling or bruising is normal for a few days post-treatment. Avoid touching the treated areas for 4 hours, don't wear makeup for 4 hours, avoid alcohol for 24 hours, strenuous exercise for 24 hours, and heat sources (sauna, hot drinks, direct sun) for 72 hours. Full settling happens over 2 weeks — this is when you'll see your final result.
You can usually return to work within a day or two. Unlike surgical procedures, a liquid facelift requires no significant downtime. Some patients experience mild swelling or bruising for the first few days, but this is generally subtle and manageable. We recommend not booking treatment the week before an important event — allow at least 2 weeks.
Results typically last between 12–18 months. Because Sheridan uses premium hyaluronic acid products chosen for their softness and longevity, and places them with precision, the product integrates naturally without migration — meaning results remain looking clean and natural throughout the duration, not just immediately after treatment.
Flying can increase chances of swelling — it's not a problem but we recommend travelling with ice to manage it. For big events like weddings, we strongly advise booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance so any swelling has fully settled and any follow-up can be addressed beforehand.
